Shipping & Returns

We ship our products within Germany and internationally to selected countries. Shipping is via DHL, and processing time is typically 21 business days.

Standard shipping within Germany: 0 (€) – Delivery time approx. 3 - 4 weeks

Shipping within the EU: 9.99 (€) – Delivery time approx. 3 - 4 weeks

International shipping: 24.00 (€) – Delivery time approx. 4 - 5 weeks

Free shipping: For orders over €0 within Germany.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option and destination:

Standard shipping: approx. 21 - 30 working days

We currently do not ship to the following countries/regions: Outside of Europe

After shipping, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track the status of your order at any time.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@coredisplay.de

Damaged goods: Please send us photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can find a solution.

Lost packages: If your order hasn't arrived after 14 days, please contact us. We will check the status with the shipping provider and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns are possible within 14 days. Please contact us in advance at info@coredisplay.de to register a return.

The customer bears the costs for the return shipment.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
