Tips & Tricks
I can no longer read my vehicle since installing the data display
That's normal – the data display needs to communicate with the engine control unit (ECU). If multiple devices try to do this simultaneously, communication problems occur. To resolve this, go to the data display settings and select "Use OBD Port," which essentially means "Enable OBD Port." The display will then stop requesting data, and diagnostic tools can read the data correctly.
I have activated "Use OBD Port" but I still can't read the data on my N55
Some N55 models require a short rest – lock your car and wait at least 15 minutes. It's important that "Use OBD Port" is enabled before locking the vehicle.
Reading programs are very slow
This is 99% related to the COM port settings. The USB DCAN/KCAN cable must be set to 1ms in Device Manager -> COM Ports -> Select the correct COM port -> Properties -> Advanced Settings -> Timeout
