We have recently been receiving an increasing number of reports that a connection to the vehicle cannot be established during vehicle inspections.

We would therefore like to remind you of the “Stop Data Query” / “Unlock OBD Port” option. Activating this option interrupts the diagnostic connection to the vehicle, allowing the vehicle inspector to establish their own connection.

Please make sure to activate this option before the vehicle inspection and deactivate it again afterwards to ensure that all functions remain available as usual.
