We ship within Germany and selected EU countries via DHL. Processing time is usually up to 10 days.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

• Germany: free shipping, approx. 1–3 working days (in-stock items)
• EU: €14.99, approx. 3–21 working days
• International: €26.00, approx. 3–21 working days

Free shipping within Germany with no minimum order value.

Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please send photos to info@coredisplay.de. In case of loss, we will check the shipment status and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

Returns

Returns are possible within 14 days. Please contact us before sending items back. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
